Now this was a memorable moment. Wow...BET Awards 2004. Seems like only yesterday when we saw Rick James perform on stage just days before his death. The crowd was soooo hyped. Dave Chappelle had reintroduced Rick James as a cultural icon. The popularity of Chappelle's Show tossed his name back into the forefront of pop culture. We loved Rick James, bitch...lol. This was indeed an unforgettable moment.
