My Latest Toy

Ok so I'm back from my mini vacation. But before I left I had the opportunity to pick up a nifty new cell phone, the Dare by LG. I don't want to bore you with all the specs. You can find a pretty complete summary and user reviews here.

I'm somewhat of a gadget freak. I'm the chick who waits in anticipation of what phone I can upgrade to next. I stuck with my rather blah Motorola Q for a record 2 years because nothing new moved me. This phone MOVED me.

I've never messed around with an iPhone so I don't know how it compares. But WOW. If you have never seen a GOOD touchscreen phone in action you are missing out. My mom was impressed...and she still can't figure out how to turn her cell's speaker phone off.

The Dare is feature packed. The camera, for example, is 3.2 MP, so it takes rather decent pics for a cell phone. Here's a couple from the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, VA. Wasn't gonna take the phone into the waterpark so here's a couple shots from the room.
