Are You Guilty of TWD?

Texting while driving is the latest driving "epidemic," says time.com in a new article discussing this popular yet hazardous activity. A recent survey says an estimated 18% of cell phone users are guilty of this offense, most between the ages of 16 and 30. So many accidents and fatalities have occurred as a result of the phenomenon, at least 20 states are considering a ban on the activity.

I must admit, I may have done this...eh...maybe once or twice...who's counting? But yeah, it's wrong. I mean nothing is THAT important. Any message I've sent while driving could have waited. I say bring on the legislation. A ban may not stop everyone from doing it, but it would be enough to send a message. Are you guilty?
